I have been diagnosed with advanced stage cancer. My journey may be over, in more ways than one.
I just started BJJ at 45 years old. I have lots of martial arts experience and did some BJJ several years ago. I normally dictate the posts to my phone immediately after class when I am barely conscious from exertion and then edit later.
Sadly Aaron passed away on October 4th. The next day after this last passage.
